Customer Service Charter
It is our ambition to be the best Granite Worktop provider in Yorkshire. To be the best we need to ensure we are providing what our customers want. To do this we have developed a Charter setting out how we will work to ensure our customers are always at least satisfied:
CUSTOMER SERVICE CHARTER
This Charter sets out how we will work in order to ensure we at least satisfy all our customers.
- Turn up on time.
- When we can’t be on time – phone (in advance!) to apologise and re-arrange
- Confirm appointments by email – if that’s what the customer wants
- When we agree to do something – put it in writing
- When something we’ve agreed to do changes – put it in writing
- Listen to what the customer wants – don’t assume we know
- At the end of each job ask for feedback from the customer – what could we have done differently to give a better service
- At all times we will be respectful and courteous.
- We will treat your home with respect and leave it clean and tidy
- We will use protective floor coverings to safeguard your floors
